About the event

The Aussie Throwdown is all about the community.

It’s the OPEN for the everyday athlete or for those who aspire to be elite.

Whether it’s your first competition or if you just missed out for the Sanctionals.

It’s all about YOU, we create the big stage for you & make you feel like a superstar.

The Finals will be held in Annangrove, at CrossFit Norwest, the home of Jess Coughlan and Big Bad Bobby Dee.  Finals Date are Nov 30th to Dec 1st.  This is a 2 day event.

The Online Qualifier consists of 3 workouts, 1 being released each week, testing every aspect of your fitness.

The top 8 in each division ( Scaled, Intermediate, Masters & RX ) will be invited to compete at the finals.

PRIZE MONEY FOR EACH division & AMAZING PRIZES FOR ALL WEEKLY WINNERS.
